Its got a lot of bug fixes and I ripped out a lot of the code that requires elevation in the UAC so that should be a non-issue anymore. I hope.

That small of a variance is expected ESPECIALLY if its not the same day and runs right next to each other. Thats why you usually get a base pull and then tune on the same day. Every time you tune you need to get a baseline just for comparisons because the run from the day before could be completely off due to weather changes. I used to work for a place that tunes (big tune in a box company which will remain unmentioned) and they would get a baseline even in the afternoon after lunch because of the temp and humidity changes just to be a little more accurate. It can vary and most people dont know that. If I was out to get high numbers Id wait for a high pressure system to move in and it be the middle of the winter in canada. Some people just dont know how much that affects numbers. Ohh and dont get me started on the usefulness of peak numbers.
lol. ya i know peak numbers dont mean squat to an extent. its all about the entire general powerband and how broad it is and how long its over a certain number for a certain amount of time. ive got tq on the table to get out of my car but i tend to keep it on the conservative side for safety because i really beat on it quite a bit. once i floor it, its like a chain reaction.. 1 time turns into 10 then 10 turns into 20 and sooner then later im at around 100 pulls within the hr.. very abusive but i keep it well kept and maintained so it remains reliable. knock on wood

ya i expect it to be alittle off. im gonna take the car out again tonight and redo the testing with the proper boost equation being logged. i cant eyeball the gauge good enough to know whats goin on with boost vs rpm.. i just see a peak number then i have to stop looking at it.

all i know is doing the runs on the freeway/interstate really lower my power quite a bit vs country roads.

will update when i do more testing.

took it out again tonight after changing plugs & regapping.

didnt get the boost curve right on and didnt start runs exactly where dyno run was taken so will need to do it again but just wanted to share the numbers for now.

so real dyno boost plot is 34.3psi spike drop to 27.9psi out the top (55F temp)

vd runs were 35.2psi spike drop to 29.5psi out the top (47F temp)

based on the above temp/boost/ etc.. seems pretty good to me. vd is the real deal when
used on a flat and level surface. numbers definitely do not come easy.

Well at this time I'm having a problem with fuel cut around 7k rpm. I made a thread on it. Just before fuel cut I'm at about 500whp. When I get fuel cut afrs skyrocket and HP shot up to 600whp but now it's showing 700whp.
