Brad. Sorry to throw a spanner. But people can rename the column names and position.....i use the options screen... I think it remembers them over an update...will post up a pic later...once i am on a comp.

as above.... like i said the column names can change. but that window should hold its value through updates right??

or maybe have a xml called custom which ppl can edit themselves and which does not get overwritten.

Hi Brad. Fantastic software, I love it. Just wondering (this may have been asked before), if you can supply all the relevant details for a vehicle like weight, gear ratios, tire/rim specs etc and manually enter them in will it give you an accurate reading?

To use this for vehicles that aren't in the lineup? (And probably aren't worth entering).

Yes you can if you add an xml file to the c:\users\<username>\appdata\roaming\Virtual Dyno\Cars\

Keep a back up of the file though because it will get over written when an update is performed. Im working on the custom car editor right now.

Hum ... I was thinking if Im supposed to go to this Evo meet here in Kansas City in a couple of months ... I dont have a nice shirt to wear. Anyone got suggestions? Ill be there answering questions in person about Virtual Dyno and taking feedback.
