Check you scaling in ecuflash for that table as I'm defaulting xml and rom to JDM 3bar.

Thats the reason then, just change scaling to Omni 4bar and set values 1:1. Report me later how rom works in the long run

if you can default this table 1:1 thats because map:map. might be one less user problem down the road.

Donner, in the SAS tables do you see the "load below which active" and default is 80. How do you interpet that value being adjusted and it effect?

by the title i suspected it activated the SAS Valve once load dropped below that table value.

I have never really studied how those work, maybe this topic helps you:

Since the US cars don't have the hardware this is mainly for interest.

The minimum speed is 30km/h (30mph on mine because Mitsubishi UK fit a km/h-mph converter).

The minimum coolant temp is 81C.

Then it appears to need 2 sec over load 150 to start the triggering process.

Then if the load drops below 80 within 2 seconds of the above, there appears to be a 2 second delay before there is a 0.4 second pulse of fuel, and a zero pulse of air through the valve (this is mapped from 2000-6000 RPM in a table). It will run for up to 2 seconds.

With ignition retard in the lift off areas and some pulse times put in the table it does the pop and bang thing, although I've not tested it personally because of concerns of exhaust valve, turbo and manifold longevity. It also doesn't have an EGT disable feature.

The 2 second times as standard do seem long, and I may have the time units incorrect. If I get around to testing it running I'll be able to correlate what I see with the times I think I'll see. All the above tables show in Ecuflash for my ROM.

I must have read that thread a dozen times in teh creation of this thread but the answer lay in the first post. thank you for resurfacing that one!

You should hear this thing surge during decel. I need to get this wastegate set up so that I can hold the valve open with two ports of pressure. I'm nearly sure that this is it. Simply put my bov vents in bursts because its a top port only and doesn't hold open constantly like I want my wastegate set up To do
