I will, I have to hire a good welder to weld my very nice STM uicp.

Going to the baby doctor today to see if I'm having a race car bed or a Barbie bed! So ill be another day on getting things sorted. The 3.6 psi spring is very soft and probably not the last spring ill but for this.

Assembly begins tomorrow. The machine shop misread my dimensions so they upsized my feed tubes to 3/4. No biggie and I think that will be a benefit anyways. Just have to order the #16 to 3/4 jic fitting which will be a few more days. Pics of the pieces tonight.

Also going to replace my brake master tomorrow with 2006 lancer drum brake non abs model

-16 bung fits right in the flange , the other flange is for the exhaust feed tubes.

I'm impressed how small throttle changes close the valve quickly

How I want to to the throttle body switch for the anti lag mapping. Easy enough to switch to alt maps this way!

bought fittings like this to weld to the exhaust manifold in place of the damned banjo fittings.

eliminates the small hole required to flow thru a 16mm bolt, and a copper crush washer.

AN isnt going to work...needs to be tube for the heat dissipation. Try to make it look as much like factory stuff as possible.

I use aluminum an on the cold side of the valve. steel jic on the hot side. jic=an

the piping I made prevously is 1/2 od, technically smaller than stock because its real hydraulic hardline which is thick. Ive been looking for .060" ish tubing but I have to stay to local resources for most of this to cut costs/time.

I am running no BOV at all with this new set. The -16 line bolts to my greddy flange with a greddy flange. the -16 other flange bolts to the dumptube side of a tial f38. The figure 8 looking flange splits two 3/4" tubes to the factory bosses. Steel hardline on the exhaust mani.

my current set up^

I have factory stuff. but the valve failed in a short time.

I am aiming to recreate the flow that is alluded to in the gr a pictures. granted 4 pipes feed each runner

u know i hhope this works! im in it til it does

Alrighty, 90* fitting came in for the damned cold side supply line. So I am merely waiting on a local hydraulic shop that is willing to help fab OEM looking hardlines, to infact help. They do OEM stuff for bobcat/skidsteer applications so its gonna look snazzzy
