Dave I'm assuming you're probably running some large injectors being on e85 and was wondering how you got away with such a low scaling, 665. Is this because you did your MAF scaling prior injector scaling. The order of this is confusing me since they'll both have an effect on your fuel trims which is used to determine how well 'scaled' you are. I'm on some RC1000 and have them at 812cc so far.

Now that my MAF size is set back to stock 357.7, the max load I am seeing is about 415, that is at peak torque (which I'd expect). That is at 500 whp/49X ft lbs on our dyno. Injector size is set to 665.

He is on E85. That requires ~30+% more fuel (or smaller scaling) than pump.

Yes, I am running E85 and I can't answer the injector scaling. I know the fuel trims are on the money and that is where they ended up.

probably not making power anymore. Logs would help though. peak and load curve might tell different stories.

Its gone up since then Ive been seeing up over 305 to 310 so far with about 18 degrees of timing up top. I tried increasing it more but I was getting knock. I think I need to put a hault on advancing timing until I check my AFR im sure there very rich and that whats making the car knock.

Most meth'd evo8's run between 18-21* up top from the maps I have saved. Most ran between 3-5* at peak load too when between 27-29 psi. Just my observation.

It is amazing how much more timing you can run with Meth. I am only at about 15* up top and like 2* at peak load. I am, however, running 27-28 PSI and finally doing so with no knock. I had to remove a ton of timing in the mid range 100-200 load. My car sure does not like a lot of timing.

It's amazing what cooler air intake temps and increased octane can do LOL. Knock resistance is about the same as 100 octane race fuel but with less combustable energy so timing is similar but power levels are a little lower.

Just want to mention that changing these values is *not* compatible with jcsbanks' speed density patch. His SD patch by design removes load clipping.
