Highest HP 4g63 engine (from 2007)
I know many would love to see this 1400hp+ car make a pass at a US drag strip. It would end a lot of the bs.
Just for reference a 3300lb full street car with just under 700whp ran 100-200km in 3.3 seconds and has ran 9.8 at the drag strip. A 2700lb drag car with 900whp has ran 100-200 km in 2.5 seconds and runs high 8’s.
Btw-is the block filled in this 1400hp+ engine?

We dont have to prove anything as matter 1/4. Our time from a heavy car shows the power.
I see some underground TTLambos with 1300-1540whp or gtrs with more than 1200who making close to our time or higher. They have 6 cylinder more 1 turbo more, double displacement or more and we running lower boost than them with H patern geaebox making better times or same.
So i call this success and progress.
Its not blockfilled its regular block running vp imprort. we have also option for methanol as we have test it already. All the times are with vp import.
An evo with 680whp 100-200 makes in 5,5se. With 800whp 4,5 for 3.5 more than 1150whp. If we test it with just 100whp more we will brake the 3. There is nothing below 3 as formula 1 have 2.5-2.6.
I am sure that there is no street car quicker than this evo. I will prove it with times next week.
Its not made for 60-130 only, its made to be the faster vehicle on the steet anywhere.

Why does everybody keep thinking drag racing on the strip... It only exploits the first 4 gears and launch. A 9 sec car can easily lose to a 10 or 11 sec car that is geared differently, has different aerodynamics and traps higher MPH at anything from a roll. Easy example, is a car with tight 1-2-3 gears, versus another with a tall 1-2-3 but really tight 4-5-6 with higher redline. I think 90% of our races occur from a roll.. Circuit, time attack, highway, roll off at the lights, etc..
I just appreciate this car because it can get up to speed, stay there, and then stop too. Gotta love it when putting all that power down, carrying all the goodies that a car should have, and then stop on a dime with those big brakes and complete suspension.
ET, if you can get the times get into F1 territory, then your next goal should be matching those top times based on throttle input. This will make you emphasize on turbo response as well
See how your car stacks up against others that may have superior better response. If you can get the car respond instantly, that would be damn impressive... Or else, racing this car will always depend on the opponent, whether they want to give you time to spool.

Thanks for the response.
Many including myself admire the r@d going into your effort and parts. It all looks amazing on the net and paper. But the HP numbers are way off from US standards.
The cars I referred to are 2003 Evo’s. Just wondering why a street car at similar weight and under 700hp(half the power you state) is faster then the car you are showing. Also these cars are not purpose build for 100-200km.
Myself and all that have played with a 4g63 cast iron block in the 1000hp neighborhood have never seen a wet block stay in one piece at these power levels. By the times and unfilled block it sound like you have way less then 1000whp car.
Sorry if I am coming of rude but myself and others at the top of the game have invested huge amounts of money and time to achieve these goals/numbers. Internet talk is cheap and times backed up with known timing equipment is real world proof. I will defend that based on the real world standard. ¼ mile time/mph. I know its not the only form of racing but it is the standard for high hp efforts and accurate to measure. Even my turd does not 60 foot and is heavy compared to other drag Evo‘s. But I hold the MPH record (late model EVO’s)at 174.xx witch is proof I have one of if not the highest HP modern 4g63(2003-2006 US spec EVO) to back up my claims.

My personal car is showing 2.5sec 100-200km from my data. What type of timing equipment is being used? Maybe this can become a new form of racing here in the US. I would love to smash those times lol.

Do you have a second screen name...
It seems that you have joined in Jan. of 2012, and have only made one other post in another thread besides this one. Every post in this one has been questioning or trying to deflate the times presented.
I am not saying you don't have a 1000hp evo that runs methanol and has and unknown weight.
I just think it is surprising, that this is the first few times you have posted. No offense but it seems like you have an agenda.

I was associated with Dogboxracing witch is no longer in business. I still own my Evo drag car and may keep racing as it always was my passion and hobby more so than a business.
Although not very active on the boards I have bin a member of the dsm/evo community for over 10years and plan to keep it that way. I have also had my share of low 9sec dsm’s going back 6years or so. I have and still love to help people and share my experiences with my
favorite cars.
I can understand why it looks like I am questioning these claims here. Fact is I am. I think when things are said publicly they are in the air for questioning. I have tons of respect and admire the work being done here. Just question the numbers.

The reason is ,it is almost a standard measurement. Dyno numbers can be all over the place for many reasons. Although many other factors are involved when drag racing hp can still be gauged within reason. . My car has pore 60foot times and traction problems and maybe a bad driver(me) but the mph is still there to prove the hp.
If there is no way of standard measuring hp we can all claim 2000hp 2liter engines and highest hp titles. Who is to say different.
I actually have a 1800+hp dyno graph does that make me the winner? We never printed that one knowing it was a error. Next pull was only 927 or so.
Maybe you can understand why it will come up.

Best of luck to you man! I have seen the car at the track. Simply insane! I hope you dial it in better this year and aim for even lower times and higher traps!

For all the people "questioning".....etc just read.....read this thread in its entirety and view the pic of his shop...etc, obviously these cars are for real, this evo is only one of many other cars that he's built. Realistically though, for a lot of people it seems they could have proof right in front of there face, and they would still find some flaw to discredit it.

My client's Evo9 has 5.1 sec(100-200) on very wet road with 93RON w/o flat shift. Its was very slow gearing. The car is full weight, only A/C compressor was removed because of it damaged at 9000rpm))). At good road with flat shift we want to hit 4.7sec with 93ron. The car has 600whp at 28psi on Mustang dyno. Its every day car too with stock final drive and we rev it till 9000, no more.
