Nice! How much can you safely get out of a T5R stock block? I found a decent one here in New York... I just need to find a good excuse for my wife on why we need a fourth car! LOL

This is a B23 4 cylinder with the 16v NA head added (stock is 8v 2.3). We never pushed the stock block, Nathan (the owner and fabricator of the turbo kit and intake) built the motor when it came time for the big motor. It is now a 2.5L stroker motor (96x88 I believe) with 158mm rods. I have tuned a T5R wagon or 2 that made 300whp stock motor with larger turbo and injectors.

Any options for a T4 divided flange with compressor that will flow 70lb/min? Ti compressor wheel would be nice!

the maximum possible so far with pump gas is 550 whp with stock frames in USA for the most part with fp black and that is with a lot of boost (32+psi) manifold/port head etc. Many in the community who wants to get 600whp without selling everything and going to t3 unit and using pump gas easily since e85 fuel is not easy for everybody without going t3.

When someone gets tired of stock frame they go to t3 for more power because stock frame is not easy to get to 600 hp without a loooot of work or a lot of e85 and hi boost. If you have turbo solutions for high hp turbo and stock frame over 600 hp 93 pump please share.

The other power group is the fast spool community who just want very good spool and more power for track use and street driving.

the only way to do that is to redesign and remanufacture the exhaust housing.
that is the restriction.

I believe spyros has done some modification to cure that problem. If not, i guess t3 is king. But if he hadn't i don't believe he would've achieved 840whp.

We had 840hp (680whp) from a stock frame 62mm 11blade design to a 12,5cr engine using VP import.
As comparison from an fpblack we had 540whp stock fuel and 580whp with race fuel at 38psi to a stage 1 engine 11,2cr 2ltr. There was the limit of the black to our dyno.

As i write to previous post we use from above this garrett ATP turbine housing.

Setups that flow in the 50lbs to 75lbs range and spool fast, without surge. That's where the money is at.

From 02 or around that the cylinder walls are shorter and these newer blocks can handle over 1000hp if they stock cylinder diameter is kept or only cleaned up.
