I would be inclined to say yes.
It very well could, but the form of EBC can also make a difference. AEM uses a fixed WG duty cycle which I like, but means its more like an MBC really.

^werd! Sorry I missed you today, Aaron as there might have been some of the latter if not the former! I really thought you were going to call before you left the muddy banks.
I'm on the list for S2's me-self! A little post-holiday present to my car, if you will!

520 is the M3 and 546 is S2s. Sorry I thought I mentioned it earlier, but the M3 also took less timing down low which directly affects torque so all in all the S2 is a win. To be specific these were the 278/274 11.5/11.2 "evolved" S2s with the oiling groove modification as well. When I can convince him to bring the car up I am going to do a pull from EXACTLY the same RPM on the S2 setup so the powergraphs are even more obvious.

I'm not sure the lift numbers are correct Aaron we made a 278/274 11.2/11.0 for a run of 10-20. The S2 cams have been revised over 10 times sense we brought them out in 06 and 3 times in the last 12months. at current the 274 11.2/11 with the 226/230 @1mm lift is the current number and with the use of E85 or Even the 10% Ethanol mix most gas stations have will be better for the stock frame turbo's.
thanks for clarifying that Greg.

It quite clearly lists the lift much as Greg had posted at 11.2/11. I think him and I had talked about an S2 that might have had an S3 in the woodpile and this is where I got confused. To be clear I was holding off on responding if in fact I had totally barked up a wrong tree. Greg clarified the point for us before I could respond.
