I wish you guys could tune speed density on stock ecu. I have your 2.3, cams, and hta86 kit, amongst almost every other part thats on the badbish and Awd only made 490 on there dj. I felt ripped off before, but now I really feel like ****.

That makes no sense, something is wrong. AWD Motorsports has proven to be one of the top shops for making power. Diirk tuned the only stock ECU and the only MIVEC EVO to ever run 8's. Not sure what the problem is but it's not your choice for a shop.

Maybe you should have let us assemble the car cause something isnt right with it.. We only tuned what you gave us.. Judging by my signature it doesnt appear we have had an issue making power on any car we build in house..

You forgot to mention the crank trigger plate was on backwards adn the car wouldnt even run when you towed it here so i can imagine what else might be wrong.. Sorry you felt RIPPED OFF.. I sorta felt ripped off with all the free labor we did..

You charged me 200 dollars to flip that plate over, nothing was free. buschur assembled the rest of the engine, I just put all the outside stuff on and the engine in. I've emailed you and derek about my countless problems with no response and the few times I've called there's been no answer. I've talked to other tuners and have been told that the tune sucks, there where overlooked sections, and your tuner didn't know how to do a few very important steps when tuning my car.

This sounds like a similar story by an mchristian. Thanks to vr speed factory he's all set now though.

We spent hours trouble shooting the car too.. Compression tests, Pulled plugs, Bore scope.. I guess that counts for nothing.. Who the hell woulda guess you had the crank trigger wrong.. all we did was JUST flip the crank sensor plate over.. LOL

You never called here and left a message because i check them myself.. but im glad you found someone to tune the car.. Take care..

Mike

something is definately wrong with that car

you cant blame AWD if all they did was try to tune the car. its not their job to make sure everything is assembled correctly and what not if your not paying them for their time

^That was an absurd little rant in an otherwise good thread.

The power you are making is insane! I can't even imagine how that would feel to drive!

I takes quite a bit of work and time to flip the crank angle sensor plate over lol.

This thing is going to blow up parts with the new power.

3rd gear spinning on the dyno = 1,2,3 gear spinning on the street. Very nice.

Is this sold as a kit or just shortblock?

I can sell the parts as a kit but it is not going to work the same, we change some things in the machining process on this particular engine and I'm not giving the information out or supply the parts we need to change because of this. So yes you can buy these rods/pistons/crank from us but it won't be the same.

Are you going to tune gear based boost so you dont spin so hard in the first 3 gears or just handle it the old fashion way
