yep i figured thats what you meant and you're very correct. the bb system will be able to take the abuse where as the jb will be more touchy and more prone to failure. i know you know its the aero limit of the compressor which doesnt change from bearing change.

ya it has much more in it, im just taking baby steps this time because i want the turbo to have a long healthy life.

ill email him see if they will still convert but not gonna worry about it your black apparently had issues so hence why you did that hopifully nothing goes wrong with mine problay will not mess with this conversion hell probaly be something hotter coming out this time next year

I think he had another black that he sent t them that was new and was planning on sending the blown one back to FP to fix,correct me if I'm wrong Tom.

He now has 2 blacks. One direct from fp(rebuilt from the over spin) and a new one from owens.

ya the one came direct from Owen and the 2nd one was just rebuilt.. there will be a speed sensor in that one tho

not sure.. the cars def good for it now. i just had it out 30min ago abusing it. the clutch was slipping yesturday in 3-4-5 but today it wasnt slipping. i think it needs a rebuild soon tho. i might take it to the shootout not sure yet. will be a last minute thing if i do and ill arrive on sunday.

it only slips when its dead cold tho (the car, not weather).. so i dont know if thats something to do with twin plate or what.. i dont ever recall experiencing it before tho.

you wont need it.. also, the turbo will be fine as long as its not abused.

getting car ready for Buschur Racing shootout. will be my first time down a track - im gonna do my first pass at 35psi.. but may turn the boost up to around 40psi if need be. hopefully drivetrain stays intact. ill post slips when i return and some go pro footage.
