FP Black Ball Bearing tested - documentary results inside.
Just though I would thread jack for a second and tell everyone that I have been testing the FP BB Black for 4 months now and absolutely love it. I was told today that I can release the news. FP will have the BB turbos on their website next week. It will be half the price of Owen upgrades and twice as good.

im 30min from norwalk at romada inn .. that 76 detour thing really screwed me up at first tho
and ya ill be removing this owen unit for fp's bb mix with a speed sensor installed and going to crank the boost.

also i heard Curt youre going for 9's and made some high numbers on BR's dyno last night with your BB black.

nice ya you know what my car looks like now. i have a feeling im not gonna hook as good as i do on my home roads as i do on this slick track. ill be at the track around 830am in hopes i get a few test runs in i dont wanna launch first pass.

I would think 620whp should be good for at least 135+ if not closer to 140...
With the Black being offered in BB I would think the stock oil feed should be more than enough to supply oil to the CHRA so there wont be a need to purchase the expensive FP oil feed line. Which would help offset the cost. At least I would think.
Looking forward to seeing pricing. Also I wonder if we will still be able to send in our 9 turbos for the upgrade service to these new gems...

All the stock frame offerings are going this way. Congrats to FP being the second ones to the market but the first to offer a broad array of stock frame turbo's in BB. Love to see the price. Gives a lot of us straddling the line on FP Blacks and 6262's another choice. I would imagine there will be a ton of dyno threads soon.
