Something is wrong with your ride if you are trapping 95 mph in the 1/8th. Bog or not. Since you didn't raise your rev limiter, I can understand the low 1/4 trap. My old evo went 95 with 480 awhp on dyno log lab.

Yes thats my white car , this isnt truly 'road racing' rather a HPDE which doesnt allow passing in the corners , and allows point by passing on the straights , the viper owner is a friend and we were just playing chase and working kinks outta our cars . Props to paul the guy who puts those videos together and lets guys get a glimpse of how much fun those events are.

bogging a launch and losing momentum before the 1/8 definitely effects the speed of the vehicle tho.

youre pretty much saying it doesnt.. but that wouldnt make any sense.

yes thats an awesome video for sure.. and you almost had your friend spun 3 times or so by putting on major pressure lol. i bet he loves trying to run away from your car.. it gives him lots of experience to know how to correct his car.

I did get a couple of runs, clutch did not like a hard launch and 28 psi, ran 12.6@87 turned the boost all the way down to 23 and just rolled it off the line, clutch did not slip then for a 10.9@137 then a 10.8@136, not bad for low boost, easy shifting and no launch.

60's were horrible since I didn't use launch control, 1.9something, 102 and 105 in the 1/8th, well off the 110 I did on the Green but acceptable concidering the low boost.

Curt's cars are usually built from head to toe. Perfect block/head combo, perfect clutch/drivetrain, perfect tune, perfectly lightened frame both sprung and unsprung, and lastly perfect driving. It is rather difficult to mimic what he accomplishes with any turbo.

Neither, was easing it off the line to no burn the clutch. I'm sure with a few more try's you would have been in the 130's with your Black, with fast shifting and 40 psi the BB Black is good for 150+
