hard to say from your description, but fuel cut is a very pronounced feeling....very dramatic, and very sudden. When did you clean/change the air filter? if all else, sounds like a tuning issue

Well I've had fuel cut before and my situation isn't like fuel cut at all. It's much less dramatic.

Sputtering under high boost would not be a tuning issue .. .LOL.... All of sudden the car sits for the winter and the tune goes bad ?

just a thought, did you put any fuel stabilizer in before storage? gas starts to gel up and seperated after sitting for a while. it could have "clogged" up your fuel filter or something else fuel related, hindering the amount of fuel the car actually needs.
