You guys are crazy. Well Jarod and David, I'm still interested in your products but I think the Vishnu will be able to give me better support down here in FL. Can you guys come with some ideas on how we could make this work?

It will probably one of the fastest cars in my area. Besides the 5 or 6 STI's that I see, also my neighbors Lamborgini.
But I can beat my moms SL500!

Uness the sti's have turbo upgrades they wont be touching you with either kit. SO that leaves only the Lambo.. and chances are he doesnt know how to drive/wont drive it hard.... so you will now be the fastest in the block!!

With either kit, stg4 or stg1+, how easily could you beat a stock Evo? A couple car lengths????
Just a general idea.

Florida, we have no guys down there that we recommend for tuning and such. Our flash works extremely well through the mail for our stages. The reason they do is the consistancy of our parts and the packages. Doing a flash through the mail when you have a wide variety of parts on the car from many different companies makes it harder to get the tune right on. With our Stages we have a flash for what WE build and OUR combination, makes it easy to do the tune and get it right.

You'd beat a stock Evo by close to 1 second or more, which is roughly 10 cars in the 1/4.

By the way, I'm sure you're getting a nice positive impression of certain vendors

As far as the whole cam gear thing:

I sell crap in my store that I hate and think sucks, but people like it and buy it, so what???

Shiv,

You have a lot of talk, I can't wait to see how much talking you do when we meet face-to-face in June.

What do you think we do here you ignorant arogant *******? Just build our shop cars and that's it? We tune customer cars everyday here. I have a shop that hasn't been closed down by the state of California, unlike you, and don't have time to travel all over the country tuning cars. It's a darn good thing for you that I don't, that's about the only income you have left. If you or anyone else would like I can post the information about you and taxes and other problems you have with the state of California. Then they can all get a good idea on why you are actually travelling now so much doing tuning.

I also have a wife, I doubt you have even had a girlfriend from the looks of you, if you have it was a dude in a wig. I have two kids to take care off too. I have NO interest in spending time away from here doing tuning.

I'll tell you what though, you buy my parts instead of Shiv's I'll come to Florida and tune it, I can just set up multiple tunes to make it worth my time.

Wanna play? I'll play.

Post info regarding problems with the state of CA? You mean with the Inc. entity that we started but never operated out of? Give it a rest Dave. Or better yet, just fly out to norcal on a vacation and I can give you a tour of our facility.

And calling my girlfriend a man with a wig? Is that necessary? What has she ever done to you?

-shiv

PS. My apologies to the originator of this thread. We're not being too helpful, are we?

Thats the benefit of the Vishnu products for the guys down south in my area. We don't have any local AWD dynos in the state here in Louisiana, we have to got to TX or GA where Shiv comes out and tunes 20+ cars in a weekend which is great for those of us who can't make time to reach the shores of the East or West coast. I sense alot of hostility here. I understand the wife and kids thing, and about the traveling that sucks when you have a family to tend too, but thats Cudo's to you for the personal touch and offering to fly down to tune his car just to spite Vishnu but what about the rest of the folks that will want you to tune their car just the same.

Want my $.02

My Mitsu area rep told me that if I got with the Vishnu set-up I could keep my warrantee. But, if I went with Buschur, I could kiss my warrantee good-bye.

Therefore, I have a Vishnu stage 1+ and a warrantee.

Damn guys.... Where's the love? David, Shiv, let's both settle down now. Some of this just started with simple miscommunication and discussion over deviations in marketing strategy. How about you guys both be happy that you have such a huge following and respect from the Evo owners. Personally, I'm just glad we have two of the greatest tuners with so much dedication to the Evo community. Whether you choose Buschur or Vishnu, you can be sure you and your car will be treated well; and that's all I care about. Rather than fight and bicker, let the shootouts/challenges/events speak for themselves.
