I have no doubt in my mind....i made 305 or so awhp on 12psi with it not tuned and 93 octane (not injection or anything) so that seems totally doable...

The only real way to compare the two is with the same boost / same mods on a given dyno.
BTW - we had a customer who made 420 tq on a stock 03 turbo with alcohol - but that figure is meaningless as he was running so much boost that I wouold not advise anyone else to run the car that way.

I can tell you this. At 20 psi with the same timing (~19.5 at redline) and AFR (low 11s), the WR and the stocker make very close to the same HP. I have proof of that with my own car.
Everyone who keeps saying where are the results, I can tell you that what I'm saying is verified on UTEC datalogs and using an e-dyno that showed close to a 30 whp gain when I installed cams.
I'm fairly confident at this point that additional power from this turbo is going to have to come from additional boost. Remember that the pump gas dyno that Switzer's shop posted was at 23 psi so no one is making claims here that this turbo will out do the stocker at 20 psi. If Al doesn't want to tune for more than 20 psi, then WR + pump gas + Dynoflash will probably not be a good combo.
I could be wrong. That's just what I'm seeing based on my own experience so far.

I too am interested to see how it really stacks up vs stock or vs the TM units - for most people. We know what the GT series turbos net on pump and race gas, just need to see how this stacks up against other known units.

The idea with turbos is to find one that makes more power at LESS boost or the same boost.
A turbo which can make more boost and more power with more boost (similar to say the old Br440 set up) is a nice improvement but you wont see many of the gains on pump gas.
A turbo - such as the Gt3037 which can make almost 75 whp more than the stock one at the same 20 psi on pump gas and which also can be turned up an additional 10 psi to 30 psi to make another 100 plus whp on race gas is a very good upgrade - (of course at the expense of additional lag).
In order to draw any rational conclusions - we would have to comapre AT SAME BOOST and also have data logs such as air charge temps and injector on times to really make any inteligent conclusions about which turbo is better.
has anyone realized that on this thread that has over 1,000 replies there is not one real world dyno sheet.........
lots of talk....no legit numbers........where are all the WR's that are actually tuned....i know they are being sold at FP.......but how come it's all the people who don't have them that keep talking about them.....and the people who own them who are keeping their mouth's shut.....
nothing against FP, because i have bought 2 turbo's from them in the past for my DSM's and loved them.....but i am suspecting that for the people who have these turbo's, they are not preforming up to anyone's expectation.........

You know, you guys are kinda funny! I posted a dyno sheet that showed that even with a boost leak the car made 27 more HP peak and about 50 HP on top. I bought this turbo pretty much blind and am VERY pleased with the results. Sorry I don't have yet ANOTHER dyno sheet for you, but oh well... I'm not made of money and I guess that's too bad for you......
Either be patient or go another route if that suites you. Geez, like we're all here to serve YOU........

Wow, a nugget of information. Thank you!

dude, dont' be hostile...no one is personally insulting you..........i'm just saying that being that probably over 100 of these units are already sold, and this thread was opened a couple of weeks ago....maybe the people who bought these turbo's aren't getting the results they had hoped for.....
if you can show us a dyno sheet....without a boost leak or any other problems that shows significant gains with this turbo...please do....thats what we're ALL waiting for....
if not......then i understand why you're all hostile cause you waisted 1500 bucks on a stock turbo with a shiny wheel....
