do you adjust the cable at WOT while the car is turned on or off?, sorry might be stupid of me to ask

i HATE this... especially if you get a bad partial purge... and then you're just buckin' all over the place and makin' funny noises like psh brrrpshpshsphbrrrr i just either floor it after that or hit the clutch.

One thing I've found that helps is if I put the heel of my right foot into the "corner" of where the floor meets the center part of the dash/console. The front part my foot covers the brake AND the gas. This allows me to "heel-toe" if I want to. When I go over bumps at lows speeds it virtually eliminates the jerkiness because my foot moves with the car instead of bouncing around.

That's what I do too.. Took a few days to get used to driving the car in bumpy situations

I just took some of the slack out of my throttle cable (I left just a little bit) and I'm very happy with it! I had a crapload of slack in mine.. Now the gas feels as responsive as the clutch
