from what iam getting out of this whole cam thing is to run the 272/280 setup unless u have cam gears then u run 280/280 but what do u ppl think 280/280 or 272/280 i just dont want to lose alot of bottom end. i know the 280 combo pulls till redline but i want the best of both worlds what do u think i should do?

and yes everybody i searched!!!!! i just want some other ppls opinion

The set of cams being referred to in this thread are 280/280, no cam gears. Other people may have opinions about running combos of cams, but the ones GSC is developing are 280/280, no cam gears needed.

Hey, even if you wanted to run a 272/280 combo, you can't because GSC is only developing a 280/280 combo unless you want to run 280/272. Remember that the IX's have MIVEC and the Intake cam is designed differently than the VIIIs.
