Same thing happened to me but I didn't hear the pop. I was gettin on it a ton tho. My 05 blew the water pump. Dealer fixed it but didn't clean up the mess under the hood.

 

Where is the turbo coolant hose that has been recalled located?

 

Look right under the main coolant hose going to th engine you will see a short 4-5 inch oh i dont know... around 3/8 coolant line plumbimg the turbo housing. Mine swelled to about 1.5 incheses in diameter b4 it blew. it has a 90 degree bend in it. as you look down on it, it comes towards you and to the left.

 

i never had that hose pop out on me but the wp did fail 3 times....

 

So my car went to the dealer on friday. All my neigbors probably thought my car got repoed seeing a brand new car on a flat bed. I will update on what the dealer has to say.

 

Dealer is replacing the water pump.
