Yes it would work well on a stroker. We only went to 9,000 on a few runs as that is beyond where the car needs to rev.

As of 7/10/2008 the Indy/Wilson intake manifold will be know as the Wilson Manifolds intake manifold. Versions 0-2 will remain the same. Please refer to the intake manifold by that name from this point out. They will only be available from Buschur Racing, and AWD Motorsports. Due to my health I must take a step back from day to day development. I will continue to consult with Keith and company on all future Evo projects. Thank you for all of your support. Indy

What kind of power would you get out of the Evo Red with 272 cams, 700cc Injectors, TBE, Intake, EVC 6 on 20 - 22 psi, FMIC with a Tuned stock ECU?

Im from australia and really interested in getting one of these turbos instead of the green. Im chasing 250 + kw atw. With stock internals

I rode in this same WRX a few months back. At that time(before Al had tuned it), he was having problems with the injectors. I thought that the turbo was slow spooling compared to my EvoGreen. There was just not much happening before 4500 RPM. Not my ideal street setup.

Probably after getting the injector glitch ironed out and having Al tune the car(UTEC?) it should be quicker than it seemed when I rode in it. Still, the turbo was a bit too lazy compared to the EvoGreen.

Sorry to hear about your health Indy, take some time out & rest up mate. Take your new Evo set up & take a long drive through your favorite spots & just enjoy life.

Your work is done for now, sit back with a cold ale or nice red & reap the rewards mate.

Cheers Steve

You only need a White or Green for 250KW (335HP) at the wheels.

I'm making over 350whp on a similar setup to what you have on a Mustang Dyno on 93-octane pump gas with a stock block, head, and IX turbo.

And with 700cc injectors and a Red, you'll run out of fuel before you run out of airflow.

This didn't work out for Prince when he tried to change his name, but maybe you'll have better success It's still the Indy manifold to me

Get well soon, Indy! We're thinking of you. I recommend at least pushing the sleep per night up another 30 minutes

Indy, as one of the people in our community who bring true innovation without bringing all the drama and slander to get it out there, you are a true assett to the community and to motorsports as a whole. Your out of the box thinking or realistic foresight has never failed to amaze me. I have seen some of your work and only wished that I had 1% or your ability. Take care of yourself now as you have done such a good job of taking care of so many in every motorsports facet that you touch. We want you to be around for a good long time!

Josh

Thanks everyone, Under Dr.'s orders I need to back it off a bunch. CO_VR4 and 9sec9 I slept more in the last two days than the last week and a half. 9sec9 I think we moved the bar enough that I might be able to rest for awhile, but the napkin sketches keep rolling when I wake up, can't help it. Thanks for your friendship and trust in me for this project. Jim

Jim, You're a no-brainer. Errr, did that sound right? Yeah, it did, but Bosco made me do it. Heh,heh, heh, He said 'No-brainer'. I really mean that in the best of ways. Jim, it's about time that you got some rest. You've accomplished enough for a year, let alone a few months. Take the rest of the year off and get better. Sorry I missed your call today. I was moving stuff to the new office and prepping it. Hope you're feeling better. your bud, tom

Impressed...

David, Tom... I don't get around on the forums much, but I wanted to take a moment and say how impressed I was with the car when you brought it down to my shop. The pulls were exceptionally clean and the car was crisp and strong.

Again, my compliments on a job well done by all involved! Best of luck to you with the car this year!

Looking strong!

Holy cow, I missed this. Thanks back to you Tym. You really have a very nice operation. I appreciate you letting us put the car on your dyno. David's said good things about you and now I know why. Thanks again for taking the time out of your schedule and letting us play.
