Just amazing what all the right parts can do.
Trent what can I say that has not been already said a million times but here goes...Thank you for your help on the car and at the wheel . I hope Monday nets you your first 8 second pass as we attempt to complete another goal. This would put the cap on an outstanding year for the whole team (no pressure) . Best of luck and a sincere thanks, Jim

Man, you guys get to have all the fun, sounds like I have been missing the party all week long! It is great to see all you guys hard work payoff and hit the target in such a grand manner.

Did I read right, did Tom say that he still has the AC in the car? Gotta give it to a mid 9 second 4G63 that can keep itself cool in the staging lanes with the cabin climate control set to 66F! Fast with Class!

Top shelf program guys, absolutely amazing!

Thanks again everyone. We all worked hard for a single goal. It was especially nice to be at the track together and see it come to life. At this point, there's no question that we could take the Forced Performance RED to 9.40's. We know of a few changes that would get it there, but I also have to keep it realistic that beating on a $10,000 motor just to lower a record that you already have isn't too smart. The PR crew worked very hard to get their car to an incredible 9.59. We worked equally as hard in running the 9.57. There's only so much to get out of 60lbs of air flow. Thanks to Robert Young and Scott with Forced Performance for their continue support. Without even a question, the FP 5R cams are some serious power cams. Thank you for convincing me to give them a try. The JUN's are now on the shelf, where they'll stay. It may be time to move to the next phase with the Forced Performance, Buschur Racing, Wilson Manifolds, Swift Springs USA Evo. To what?? How about the same sponsors +1 or 2 and maybe another level of performance. Someone asked earlier why we didn't just continue to try to lower the record. How about doing something ridiculous, like running 8's with a street legal evo? David and I worked all day getting our cars ready. The best is yet to come. Watch for ROUND 3.

I have to say 9sec9, Trent, david, indy and the whole buschur crew did one hell of a job. It motivates me so much to get behind the wheel of that beast. I can not wait for what lies ahead of me.

Wait till you see what's next. We're still the average joe working out of his garage and having fun together. It's just that recently, there was some questions as to what we were capable of, so I decided to prove that we can do anything we set our minds to. The Stock Appearing is always close at hand. As David and I proved today, you're only a few hours away from stock appearing to ????? and then back to stock appearing if necessary.
