By IAT i mean AIT which is the temp at the MAF. Which is the same as compressor inlet temp. So i thought Delta T is the difference of the temp between the inlet (same as AIT) and the outlet. Hence Delta T = outlet temp - AIT(or inlet temp) .....is what i thought...

I'm not sure which one is right AIT or IAT by the way.. same thing.. i think

To reduce confusion I use CIT/COT or T1/T2, AIT/IAT is too locked in to EFI terminology meaning "air temp going into engine", but yes the CIT/T1 is at the exact point of airflow measurement.

Wow GrocMax you're like a turbogod lol. I had to reread what you said literally 10 times over to START making sense of it but the more I read it over and over the more I'm understanding it.

I edited that explanation of what 'compressor efficiency' is as it was sorta rambling stuttering and old-mannish.

I'd like to point out not all turbo companies define 'compressor efficiency' in the same way, so direct comparisons are hard to make brand to brand.

I can't remember what company it was that showed their compressor maps in sort of a cartoon thought balloon fashion, Holset maybe? But its a better way to phrase it for performance apps, they show the end of the map.

and

"I want you to spend 30K and show me back to back comparisons between an apple core, a squished grape, and a ravenous aardvark while I sit here on my *** eating popcorn complaining and benefiting from other people's hard work without spending any money, time, thought, or effort of my own"

Now if that ain't sig line material I dunno what is.

LMAO some people on here do appreciate your efforts man...dont worry

GrocMax, don't get down on people for not appreciating your charts. To be honest, I looked at them and don't have any idea what it all is, I admit to being stupid and I am guessing there are some others here as dumb as I am. I think we just don't know what it is we are reading or what it all means, honestly.

Most of us can read a dyno sheet though.

**I wrote the above after only reading up to page 15. Obviously I was correct from other statements. haha

grocmax is awesome! thats exactly the type of data all turbo manufacturers should provide along with a compressor map. Pressure/temp data is priceless information.

What size injectors would you recommend to run pump gas with a RED?

Anybody got any pics of the red turbo?? Are the new wheels stuffed in the Evo9 compressor and turbine housing or completely new casting??

Have you not read the difference in flow? I don't think your Green on meth would come even close to 500 on the BR dyno.
