Pretty much exactly what I wanted to see! Very attainable build for many people.

This car will be a full weight extremely nice daily driver EVO. No intentions of running any race gas in it, ever. All sound deadener and such will be left in it.

Give me some input and I will atleast listen. I already have some ideas in my mind and know basically where I want to go with it.

What I want to know is what would you guys like to see done to the car?
I like the idea of full weight as we have locals around Boise that doubt evos because they just think fast evos are fast because they are gutted...ridiculous I know...run what you brung has always been my motto.

I want to see what the stroker and the 4.11 FD do. The results might alter my decision.

I say you take a minimalist approach and keep it off the AEM. This will keep it affordable to recreate and you can learn how far you can push the stock Ecu. I know you can still make a real quick machine without going full bore.

Keep stock mitsu parts in the engine. Stock turbo, single pump, 1000cc/min or so injectors, stock ecu, any and all breathing exhaling mods, good clutch, lighter than stock wheels, Stock shocks, lighter driveshaft, lighter subframe braces, only 1 gauge that is hidden from plain view (boost in the glovebox etc...).

blueevoix, very nice find. I think I will do that. In the past to do this we knock the center out of a brand new cat and run a pipe through them, quite expensive. Thanks for that one!

Yes, the 4.11 final drive is because of the stroker. There is a chance I will use the stock ratio trans though. I have plans for the standing mile with my RS and the trans I have with the 4.11's was going to be used for that. I'm not 100% decided on that choice yet.

juanmedina, I appreciate your input but I am sticking with the stock manifold set up on this car. I want the car very stock appearing.

The Kelford 272's are similar to the Jun 272's in power output. I want more low end than the Jun's or our BF272 cams make. I am building this car for the absolute best low/mid range power I can make, OK, not the absolute if that were the case I'd use the stock turbo.

I did forget a few things. As for the weight goes. I am leaving the a/c and sound deadening in the car. I will be making the car lighter though and here are some plans:

Volk wheels that are on it.
Our 3" turbo back takes 36 pounds off the car
Our battery kit takes 20 pounds off the car
Our front center member
Our mustache bar
Our diff supports
Front and rear crash beams will be removed
Intercooler spray bottle removed
Intake manifold bracket
EGR,FPR and boost solenoids
Spal Fan
BR filter kit
Apexi S1 suspension

These simple mods should knock a couple hundred pounds off the weight of the car.

Amazing how fast it all adds up! How about some pictures of the car?

I'm using the HKS280's as they are the best choice I have found for what I am planning with the car.

I will post full details on the Apexi suspension when I get them all. These are built in Japan and are a higher quality suspension. I have no complaints on the N1's and when I spoke with Apexi that what I was going to order for the car. I was told about these and decided to give them a shot.
