And yea, I'd say 30psi is dandy on a DD. Much more and you really start pushing the reliability limits of almost any turbo on the market. I've DD'd my BBK for a year @30psi, and my IX turbo@30psi for a year before that w/o any turbo failures. These big wheel turbos produce insane loads on the bearings, and running 40+psi is exponentially higher than 30.

I'm running 30-32.5psi to save my pocket from broken turbo's, but I don't know how long that's going to last before I'm back at 40+ psi
