Well, its different for everyone but typically bigger turbos tend to make less torque but since you want to run a TS set-up with E85 you'll have all the torque you will need

ASAP

That looks like a great set-up...don't worry if you get the numbers you want you can go 10's and be happy....aim high and you'll reach high

haaaaaaaa you can get into 11s on stock evo 9 turbo if your a beast driver lol.

so assume your not going aftermarket ecu waste of funds in my opinion. unless your learning how to tune

3.5" intercooler of whatever brand
ported intake manny
ported t/b
1200-1600 injectors
ets turbo system turbo kit
3" TBE
COP (dabateable)
kelford 272
crower spring/retainers
lower intercooler pipe upgrade
Aps twin vent bov or crushed evo 9
Double pumper
exedy twin hd
Tune
500+whp with proper tuning

Suited and booted (this is kind of over kill to just get 11 but getting into 10s with this setup should be easy enough)

just remember all that power and its only a matter of time before the motor parts ways

NO POINT!!! Look into mellon tuning.

Stock ecu

now granted its almost a full bruschur build and full interior etc but he got 10.41 with 633whp and he is 701 with race gas come on now i still dont see the point or true benifit in aftermarket ecu unless your learning how to tune. or want less cluter in the engine bay to remove cables plugs etc

mine has to be kind of showy but fast as im taking this evo to car shows so lifting the hood has to look kind of nice now. As for mellon see him for a tune and you will not look back im pretty sure he will comment in this thread as he is good for smelling his name being heard and popping up

here you go check out a stock ecu evo. when you can smoke the tires in AWD something serious going on under the hood

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5oGILyVd7M

now remember Road r@$% is bad and should not be done the proper way to handle things is by going to the track.
