I gained 40-45 from my stock intake to my VSR on my setup. I know that doesn't help you any because of the bigger turbo but thats what I picked up

I will be doing a back to back/same day dyno test of my ported stock IM vs. my Buschur SMIM. I will be keeping boost levels, timing, A/F's as close to the same as possible. I will post up my results w/dyno sheets once it's done, hopefully the week after Christmas.

Sean, please verify, you told me the head swap, which wasn't back to back, gained 6 whp, correct?

Also, ALL of these large plenum intakes have larger HP gains when bolted to a stroker than they do when they are bolted to the 2 liter.

26TRQ increase over the already great performing Burschur head - that's huge!

Thanks for the explanation Sean, Great Job!

Thats good for a 50trim! At what boost level and WHP levels was this? Also was this on your 2.3?

I chatted with sean today, and got out all the runs...it was not back to back but there was no other changes. It was definitely 10whp and 25-26ft lbs of torque. It went from 594 to 604whp. Not sure if he is going to post about it, and get involved, but I wouldn't lie, and will attempt to get the dyno sheets posted if you really want them.

one characteristic of a HeadGames head is torque. Not just on the Evo but almost every brand of cylinder head we have touched.

Sounds like the F1 and Magnus V5 provide similar results of +35whp.

Sorry hard to tell with all the work that was done at once, so it would be very hard to tell. I would only be able to show gains over the VSR.

I have never seen a head swap done on different days become a conclusive test.. especially 6whp.. If it was 50whp id say it didnt matter what day but 6hp.. Big HP cars vary 6hp from pull to pull sometimes..
