What would be a good rev limit for the fp black with a magnus intake manifold? Would 8500 fuel cut be high enough to have a usable powerband?

depends on motor size 2.0 2.3 etc and your tune really. your tuner could answer that easy enough.

What size injectors are you going to be using with the fp black? Are you going to use a duel pump setup, also what is you fuel cut going to be set at?

its all in my sig lol.

pte 1000cc injectors thats plenty
93 oct or race gas no meth
im getting the br double pumper as soon as jesseb finishes my custom stock frame manifold this coming week
im not reving past 8k rpms. on average the rule of thumb on 2.3 motors is 8500 i dont want to go near that. my built head off of mikes own car he said he reved to 9k with it often of course he was dragging etc. my head has custom dual spring and retaniers if i had got a built 2.0 i would rev to 9k sure enough.

porting your intake manifld and bigger t/b will probably make it a touch laggier but have better top end

If you are like me which fast spool is absolutely imperative I would choose the HTA green over the red. There is an exception to that(only my opinion), that would be if you have a larger displacement Evo.
If someone ever offere a turbo with varioable geometry blades that would be your choice, unfortunately there is not such thing for Evos but there are for Porsche and VW in Europe.
Again, my suggestions would be HTA green by a long shot. I would also suggest getting it ported and get your manifold ported, IC pipes and a high flow air filter with a good air pipe intake(Perrin).

Actually, a ported TB can increase throttle response...especially at tip in.
