I had the same issue when I installed my Greddy Ti (only had the catback installed, the rest of the exhaust system was stock). Theres a bracket that is mounted at one of the drive shaft center bearings near the rear O2 sensor. The bracket has two clips that hold the O2 sensor wire away from the exhaust. There are two studs on this bracket, and one of them was contacting the cat back which would sometimes create a rattle at idle. I ended up removing the bracket.
