My 450 whp reflash set up would have passed emissions in ANY state - it was fully OBD 2 compliant and we all know most states test emsissions through the OBDII port on evos - - HOW the heck are you going to pass emissions without having anything hooked up to the obdII plug>?>?????

He'd probably be happy he lives in Florida. I'm sure Dejan can tell you about his black beast with the Fl. tags. Were you around when he had that monster? Ct emissions never could catch his ***. hehe

thanx pesto for the reply, sorry if I seemed to come off rather rash, I am planning on going with the hks turbine kit myself in a few months, and I've seen it run on stock bottom ends without fail upto 26psi, and running in the 10's(I can't find the post, but it was someone here in the forums)... it's just that I really don't want to have to mess with the bottom end much, save some arp head studs and rod bolts... it's just going to be even suckier for me being out here in california, a.k.a 91octane hell... I was sort of hoping for somewhere around 450whp at around that 21psi boost level, and not have to raise the rev limiter... thanx for the reply man
enough of the fighting? just because the two of you, i'm pulling my ****ing ecu out and driving without it.
I really need to learn more about "tuning" cars and not bolting on parts :P it is interesting hearing people toss facts back and forth in a pseudo-debate style, albeit without any structure. We need a debate forum.
Who cares which one is better? Thats some great numbers on pump gas.

Hey AL...if youre really serious about a stand alone...you should check out the Microtech...supposedly it processes info faster than an aem...http://www.microtechefi.com/
Pesto360 damn nice
All I've ever wanted is over 400whp on 93 octane... day in and day out. If I have to run race fuel in a car I go through two tanks of fuel a week, well, I've got no use for that.
Al, what the hell is wrong with you? It doesn't matter that it seems I've missed some long, drawn out, thread between the two of you. Your coming across as a snot nosed kid. I don't want someone with a snot nosed kid's attitude tuning my car someday. Since I also have no use for a stand alone, that leaves you (reflash) as pretty much "it" to achieve my goals. I was really turned off by the ****ty little exchange between Works and Shiv. I'll never buy anything from Shiv after that, based solely on his character (or lack there of). I haven't really talked to Works more than once or twice since then either for the same reasons, and I'm running their products. Point is that your losing a lot of face with **** like this, and that is not good business. If you don't care how your current and potential customers view you, guess this is wasted breath, and Dynoflash is wasted time. That sir, would be a shame and a lost to those many of us who believe that a reflash is the only way to go for a daily driver.

Hey AL, how about shutting the **** up. Man do you ever stop. Get a ****ing life. Who gives a **** if he took your ideas, go cry why don't you. That's life man that's how it goes, and you did not do all the work yourself and I think John is smart and it's the same way I would do it. You find the best, then find someone who has done it and go from there. I did the same thing with trading futures as well as work. Why copy someone who is not making the power. If you don't like it go ***** somewhere else and sell some more dynoass to someone who want's 30hp with a roadwhore tune upto 100+ mph on the street.
So you think Al is better then works and shiv? Good luck, If you are going to buy with emotion that is not very smart.

For the money it's not bad, I think Shiv is working on something. I just don't care much for the 1 man show with no business front. He could say screw it one day and dynoflash is gone. Been there done that.

Pesto-Congrats on the pump gas runs! Pepl have been making 400 on dsms on pump so it had to happen sooner or later. I think the record is around 466whp, no nitrous or water injection. I could be wrong though.
Not kissing anyones ***, it's a free market and I buy from who I want to. I am just saying that Shiv is a better tuner and has been doing it longer. You old school DSM people hate Shiv and I really don't care what you thing. Get a SAFC and a knob and run 12's

His cars are making power, safely. Not to mention it's not detetable by anyone. Sure, you can unhook the exede but where does that leave you if you run bigger injectors?
