Thanks in advance!
When you pull your stock hanger out you notice the "(" shaped thing. It's the big useless looking plastic part of the hanger. Inside that is another filter that can not be serviced.

There is a fuel filter embedded into the (white) fuel pump carrier. If you can find a picture online (earlier in this thread?), you'll see a big lobe on the pump carrier off to one side of the fuel pump. There's a fuel filter in there. I should post a picture some time of the one that I cut off.

A rewire is all about getting a close as possible to battery voltage at the pump. Factory fuel pump wiring might get to 90-95% if its in good condition. The best way to be sure max voltage is getting to the pump is a good rewire.

Thanks alot guys! I am in the process of purchasing one and will share as many pics as I can when I install it.
This is probably better answered by walboro, but wonder if running 93 octane is ok on the e85 pump. especially for those traveling and may run dual maps at times.

So what is the best single pump solution for a 500whp E85 powered EVO9?

Is an AFPR required or not?

If the fuel pump wiring is in good shape, I think the pump is good enough for 500 whp on stock wiring and stock fpr.

EDIT: I should add that I think it will be necessary to drill out the siphon hole slightly, and the the table that sets the transition to full voltage for the fuel pump should be to higher load values than stock.

F90000267 - This is the E85 compatible pump. There is only one e85 compatible version, but people have used 400, 416, 450, 465 to describe it.

I currently run a home made double pumper with 2 intake walbros...one of these pumps is acting up. They are both unrestricted walbros. Could I run the 400 with the other walbro 255? It looks like I could just clamp them together and plug it right in. Thanks for any input!

im just curious to why no one would get this VS the BR DP KIT. its cheaper....the design looks better as far as the wiring / security of the FPs and it still hooks up to factory lines.

dont FLAME ME PLEASE im just asking.

xXANCHORMONXx I just wanted to say GREAT POST MAN ! im def doing this, i know you just saved me a whole lot more then $75 lol

Okay, I got to page 7 but I just couldn't take the bickering anymore, so sorry if the answer has already been posted. But what horsepower will the 400 pump support on "pump" gas? Or even race fuel? I don't have E85 in my area and it's not anything I'll ever be using.

I know the double pumper will support everything I need, but the cost is way up there compared to a single 400 lph pump. And if I'm not gonna be outflowing a single 400, then I can't justify the cost. Wanting to do it right though however, so that's why I'm asking. I'm using an HTA86 with an aluminum rod 2.3 motor in the works and 1250 high-z injectors, just for clarification.

With the proper supporting mods, I feel comfortable saying 700 whp on gasoline.

The HTA86 will outflow the 1250 injectors you have EASILY and the single 400 pump is also not enough for that turbo, if it makes the power it should.

What would you say the 400lph can go to on e85 in terms on whp
