Adjust the clutch to how it says in the video. Evos have a high engagement point, your not gonna change that, the only thing your gonna do is kill your clutch messing with it so much

Exactly, you really want the clutch to engage when the pedal is raised 3" from the floor for the most clutch and synchro life.
