Alright sounds good. Not the part about the body shop but about the pic. Hopefully your car is alright!

Did any of you use the stock radiator cap instead of the one that came with the radiator. I'm not even sure if you can or not just wondering.

What is the general consensus on this swap? Does the smaller radiator hold up ok?

I used my radiator cap from my stock radiator

And so far after the hottest month Wisconsin's had so far this year with temps over 100 it's been just fine with the a.c. on.

Any results comparing the stock rad to the DNA in autox or any other type of racing?

Just ordered my dual core civic rad. We'll see how it works since it's been 90-100 deg here for what seems to be forever...

Installing mine tomorrow. Bought one off amazon with 1500 cfm slim fan for 100.00 then the fan install kit. Then i got 30 dollars off for signing up for amazon prime. So 77 dollars to try this.

Well I just installed mine and finished up tonight. My results are very poor

My motor was built about 3k miles ago and I'm running the 180 degree thermostat. According to torque through my obd 2 Bluetooth port my temps are reaching 215 with a 1500cfm pull fan on a 84 degree night. I'm gonna continue to burp the system tomorrow, but I might be throwing back in the old radiator.

I have mine installed for a few months now. Been driving through all of the hottest days in Chicago. With AC on and off, there are absolutely no issues. You probably have to burp it more. I noticed that it takes a long time to actually get all the bubbles out of the car. So burping it for only 5 minutes may not cut it.

I also noticed they make triple core version that's not much thicker. I would recommend investing in that just for the piece of mind and even more extra cooling capacity.

Have a link to the one you got on Amazon? That's pretty cheap.
