ran it for a bit today and it kept cool on a 80+ degree day.
I have some wires to clean up but it should be good to go.

Looks great! How did you mount the bottom? And I bolted my fan controller to the frame rail. It cleans it up a lot and wont be in the way of anything.

Its funny all of the references in this thread about the position of the needle on the temperature gauge. As someone mentioned before, you guys need to do some datalogs of coolant temperatre. You migh be surprised by what you see.

I have a water temp gauge and in 100+ weather in stop and go traffic I have seen the water temps go as high as 220. Oil temp would've followed but traffic finally let up and I was able to keep both at 200.

My OEM temp needle never went over half but I was getting really nervous looking at the water and oil temp gauges.

I have too many gauges for my own good.

I did the data log too 203.6 max driving around today, and let it idle yesterday for fifteen minutes and came out to be the same.
I've been data logging the last few days, everything looks good and seems to be in good order. Set the fan to go off earlier as an extra measure.

I did data log. The highest water temperature reached on my car was 194* . Tried it all from city driving to standing in one place and idling for couple minutes.

I have the 140 degree thermostat installed after my engine build, so I'm wondering how this radiator would do on my car
