some people say to use a walbro fuel pump and some say i dont need it. i guess it would be safe insurance to have the fuel pump. ITs recommended but not required..

A fuel pump isn't going to be taken advantage of unless you have programming for it

soo the fuel pump its useless without tunning it? i thought that a different fuel pump would just put more fuel when needed...soo its not safe to run a MBC with a fuel pump?

Well, from the way I understand it, the stock ECu is going to call for so much fuel the pump is going to deliver that ammount regardless if there is an aftermarket pump or not. Programming will allow to dump in more fuel utilizing the walboro pump.

I still say don't do it.

Well according to the Corky Bell book I read more boost requires: more airflow, more fuel, more cooling. Untill you are really ready to upgrade the whole package (which would mean FP, Injectors, possibly fuel rail?, I/C or I/C Piping in the least, etc) throwing on an MBC to raise the boost 1-2 pounds is not worth it. Do you have an AFC?

Ok, did more reserch, and I'm an idiot tonight... too much research and not enough sleep.

As long as you don't mess with the lines to the wastegate, you'll be fine.

The MBC will allow the car to spike, but the car will taper down the boost at redline.

I would say your ok to run 19.5 psi with a mbc and no fuel pump. You will get all different answers no question.
