I would like to see a comparison between the:
2004 STi
2005 STi
2006 STI
2003/2004 Evo 8
2005 Evo 8 (non-MR)
2006 Evo 9 (non-MR)

I have a feeling that the 2006 STI blows the 2004 STi out of the water, and the 2006 Evo 9 (non-MR) blows the 2003 Evo 8 out of the water.
But, I wonder how much different the 05's and 06's are, for both cars. Both the Evo 8 and STi recieved many changes for the US model in 2005.

Also, throw in short section comparing the 06 STI and 03 Evo 8, and the 06 Evo 9 and 04 STi for fun.

Also, for fun. Have the test done with three drivers. One from the magazine, one from company (Like Millen or someone), and a normal driver (maybe some auto-x experience). I bet as the skill level increases, so will the differences between the cars across the years.

OT, but Motor Trend's photography absolutely sucks...I never buy MT, I only bought it for the Evo vs STI, but I'll never buy it again.

wow, that makes the STi look way better ....in the front end only though, the *** is seems to be beyond saving...

it's true that both are amazing cars...as aforementioned, there will always be some Evo guys and some STi guys....we all just need to be respectful toward each partie's decision on which of these 2 amazing cars to get.

i absolutly love the new evo 9 its a great machine, i really wanna drive one. I am in love with my 05 STi as well, both are great cars, lets just make sure we all agree that it is essentially personal prefrence, both cars are great.
