Comparing the Atom and any normal car is still ridiculous, but keep thinking it's a fair comparison...
By the previous statement I was replying to, it is a fair comprison. I dont know why you think otherwise.

Again define normal. Yes the atom is built on a F1 chassis so what! Its still a CAR! It has body panels, it has everything you think it doesnt. Hell it even has the option for a radio. So IMHO it is a normal car. A car is defined as "a motor vehicle with 4 wheels usually propelled by an internal combustion engine." Well to be quite honest with you by that definition of what an automobile is it is a normal car. The atom has 4 wheels and it has an engine. Is there anything else you would like to know?

And again for 60k you can get the atom which will decimate the c6z in every performance aspect out there. And the funny thing is its a 2litre.

What model are you talking about skil? If it is this model how can you compare this to a real car like a Z06, EVO, Porsche etc it's a purpose built race car. More like a glorified go cart.

Same model but you do have the option for body panels and on that model there are some body pieces on it. Also you dont think the c6z is a purpose built race car? IMHO it is if its putting down low 11 sec stock and making over 500hp and being able to go 198mph that seems puposely race built to me. Besides what other use would you use the c6z for? Grocery shopping? c'mon man

My comparison is fair within every guideline of what a car is defined by and if you really want to get down to it a fair comparison is production car vs production car and the thing is a atom is a production street legal car. So do you guys have any other excuses or are you done realizing that the vette isnt the best car for the buck out there? Granted its a great car but its not the best like some of you think.

Skil, you are wrong, admit to it... stop caring this z06 vs. atom on any more. The fact is, the zo6 can still go grocery shopping, the atom can not. Your statements are severly flawed (like past threads) and I could go over them each by each, but they have been pointed out by several members already.
he absence of doors makes it tricky to access the cockpit. If you're lanky enough, you can throw a limb over the side of the chassis and stand on the seat. Small peddlers must climb up the side frame before depositing themselves inside. Rumor has it that BAR Formula One star Takuma Sato had to be lifted into the car when he took it for a test-drive.

Driver and passenger sit together on an injection molded seat, which is bolted into place and more comfortable than it looks. The fascia, such as it is, mixes an SPA electronic instrument pack with a simple, analog speedometer and rev counter, while the tiny suede steering wheel contains green, amber and red shift lights. There's no heater, stereo, carpet or any of the other luxury nonsense.
Now, shutup... the zo6 is still the fastest production car for under 100k. How are you gonna compare this:

to,

Please, just stop... with each reply your making a fool out of yourself.

Again you try and start to flame people for no apparent reason. The basis of this discussion(if you had cared to look) was a previous statement that "no other car could rival the c6z in all performance aspects under 200k." I simply told him he was wrong. And pointed out a car that can.

Please point just one of them out. I already answered everyone of them.

Also noone is making a fool out of themselves and for you to say that is childish. Please stay on topic.

If it rains outside I highly doubt people would itch to take their brand new c6z for a spin too. However, I see your point. But in my area I dont have to worry about rain very often cause we get barely 5in a yr.

This is the reason why i brought up the atom. His statement had no bearing on any types of cars or even any reference to production cars. It just stated cars. And by definition of what a car is its a vehicle with 4 wheels and its usually propelled by a internal combustion engine. So my statement inregards to that statement was correct in every fashion whethor or not you think its a fair comparison or not cause in actuality it was just a general comparison from a general statement.

But beyond that, the atom can be street legal, it can be daily driven, and it does have a body, it has an interior, and it can have a radio. Now of course it may not be practical in many uses and of course if you live in areas of extreme weathor it may not be the car for you. But in a performance aspect boy does it sure kick booty.
