Starting to get upset with the evo..
He knows at this point that he did things incorrectly but know he is looking for advice on how to fix his current situation. I don't think going back to the same tuner would be wise. But that is just me. He apparently left the car not running 100% and for that I would never bring my car back.
I was on a flash with everything in my sig and Martin from AMS told me I was not picking up my car becuase he felt that it was not perfect yet. As much as I wanted my car back after 3 weeks, how could I argue with the guy?
Get those parts installed and take it to a new shop with a new tuner and get the car fixed. Once adding meth and the EMS your car will be completely different.

pure playaer,im assume your talking about the 6 bolts holes on the turbine housing.thats what bolts the turbine housing to the center section(bearing housing).the ems and mostly the meth will make a huge improvement.i had cams on my car before the 35r so i cant say anything about that,but cams make a huge difference just on a stock turbo car.
1. Go to a reliable tuner like TTP (they are in FL)
2. triple check your turbo install, make sure everything is torqued and seated properly. If problem persits get it checked out with an evo specialist shop like TTP.
3. Do a boost-leak test
4. AT 5k your car should be in warp speed and the turbo should be fully spooled, so something is not correct.

My opinion is that you have gone way wrong in your mods path.
Furthermore you contine to make bad decisions with the addition of AEM and meth.
At this pace, your next stop is engine failure. Seriously.
Throwing money at the car is not going to fix your problems.
Re-evaluating the way you modify your car according to your goal is a start.
