Next time use R A V E L C O

no cars stolen with it equipped yet - and it's cheap too!

If the thief has been checking out your car (which is most likely true), he probably already knows you have it. He could find a way to put another wheel on. $300 steering wheel investment for a $30K+ car. Easy math.

He had the drop on me, he gets in closes my door and me and my lady are standing in the street like is this really happening, on lookers screaming..... And then he gets back out saying, "THIS **** IS STICK... ****! TAKE YOUR ****ING CAR BACK" and throws my keys and runs off. lol It wasn't funny at the time but now I laugh at it. Everything happens for a reason just remember that.

Pics to come. Here is a really crappy camera phone image. The hood was popped when I took it.

I was thinking about this the other day. They got in my car without window breakage and my car was locked. They were busting my column, hence the banging sounds I heard. That means they did not have an actual key. So it appears they somehow got a hold of a transmitter which they programmed with my remote frequency perhaps. So then unlocking with the keyfob disables the immobilizer? This is just speculation but seems logical.

Heard you can't do the quick release with the airbag. That true?

Sweet. Nice upgrade. Too bad you had to lose one to get one.

HOLY ****!!! I just saw this thread and i'm sorry to hear about your loss. I had a little civic hb back in the day that i had put alot of love into and then bam, one night it's there and next morning it's gone. My next car was the Evo and the first purchase for it was a badass alarm system.

Good luck and I hope all goes well!
