Quite a few places have them

I got mine at Gruppe-s for example because they are in the same state as me thus fast reliable shipping.

Possibly but its not easy on the tuner and they may simply give up after a number of flashes simply don't fix the problem.

The only flash modification that would solve all BOV issues is a conversion over to speed density, no trivial feat btw.

Okay so my Evo 9 is 100% stock, and after reading this sticky it said everybody should get it tuned weather you have it mod or not?
So basically I can get my STOCK evo 9 tuned and make more power out of it?
Sorry, new to this whole Evo world.
Thank you for any replies !

that would be correct TTboi but why waste the money wait till you get a couple mods on it to make it worth tuning at least a boost gauge and MBC so you can turn up the boost dont forget walbro 255 fuel pump very important before your first tune

i've been modding cars for a while so i know the basics. looking into getting a evo ix/x this year and got some questions:

1) what are the typical hp/tq increases for the common "stage 1" type mods (intake, turbo back exhaust, IC, etc)
2) are there any expensive (i know its all relative) mods that need to be done to move to the next stage? eg. the fuel system needs to be upgraded at x hp or the ignition needs to be upgraded at y hp ... or the car goes poof.

we don't really have stages

basic would be

tbe/intake/ic/piping/mbc/fuel pump and a tune

full bolt on

add cams/ported exhaust/intake manifold/throttle body/meth/stock framed upgraded turbo

it's endless really haha
