does this tax break apply to every state? (e.i. New York)

 

Hey guys i am looking into buying a 05 apex silver evo ,5 spd ,cloth int., tinted windows, heated seats, aftermarket exhaust, boost gauge, stage 1 clutch, the car has 60k on it, i will need to do the timing belt service, etc. one owner vehicle.. clean car ... the owner said he would take $ 15,000. what do you guys think? good deal ?

 

Here's a quick copy/paste from an Evo owner... What's this car worth to everyone here? Possibly trading for this for one of my vehicles...Curious if it's worth it.

it's a silver '03 EVO VIII GSR with 79k miles, a brand new engine with around 2400 miles. It has been built with a brand new from Mitsubishi shortblock with carillo forged rods, Supertech valvetrain, HKS 272 cams, adjustable cam gears, port and polished head, Phatboy Racing ported 20G turbo, all hardpipes, Turbosmart BOV, upgraded 18lb wastegate, Greddy 3" Ti exhaust, ACT clutch, methanol injection, AEM standalone EMS, carbon hood, APR Evo 9 front bumper, APR carbon front undertray, custom relocated HVAC controls to fit a double din nav unit (since removed, now has a Pioneer DVD unit) APEXi boost, EGT, Oil and fuel pressure guages, also includes a AEM UEGO wideband, and a digital tach/shift light. The car has strut bars front and rear, and is lowered with springs on the stock wheels with good tires. Anything else I'd be more than happy to show you in person.

It put down 320 awhp @ 21 psi on an extremely conservative tune, because I didn't have a larger meth nozzle with me when it was tuned, and we only revved it to 7500rpm. the car is easily capable of making over 400whp and pulling to around 9k.

Did you really change your oil every 1k miles?

 

If he did, that's a complete waste of money.

 

.. A PS2 In The Glovebox? You Realize its an evo? Put up some pictures to help with the condition.

 

Dude some guys have had windows mobile run on these things. How sweet would it be to have your tuning software on it with one of the psp little keyboards!

haha yeah i jumped the gun a little i just cant stand when people have to say negative things about peoples threads.

 

SO my 2006 Evo ix has just struck 77000 and its in the shop getting a brand new clutch put in. It has minors scatches and a few minor dings but from the previous owner. Im the second owner of the car and havent had a problem yet. It also has a warranty through prefferred warranties that last till nov 25 2010 or 88,500 miles completely transferrable. The car is silver. . I wanna ask 19500 or best offer what do you think?
