Car is running... went thru it this morning, was able to finally connect to my ECU. I have power to all of the dash parts and headlights. Just need new ballasts.
The final 2 ingredients end up being a shot alternator, which i still have and my COP setup was blown thus no spark no start lol. I was chalking that up to the ECU not interfacing properly, but you dont get spark when the coils suck either lol.
