First time at a drag strip :(

I just need to get familiar with it but yea, I wouldn't mind doing that. I've tuned with Link for years on DSMs so other than getting used to a new interface it should be pretty simple. I won't be at the track this Friday as I'll be on vacation with some friends but hopefully the next weekend I'll have my DSM out for it's last drag strip visit and I'll have my laptop with me. Just need the cable at that point. It's supposedly on its way.

You should be at at least 114MPH, my 2003 with less mods ran a 12.3 @ 112MPH with a 1.66 60 foot on my 9.8 Hotside Evo VIII Turbo.
You are making about 230WHP with those mods. a 300WHP Evo would be at 108-110MPH. 360-370 WHP would net you 116+ MPH.
Look for an Evo IX turbo, make sure you purchase a HKS Intake, all others make less power. Sounds like you have a MASSIVE boost leak, I am willing to bet your Throttle Body seals are leaking like a b1tch. Mine were and when they were replaced I got 5 PSI back.
Good luck

Another question I haven't seen asked... Since you said you're shifting at ~6500, are you shifting to 5th at the end of the track? You should be leaving it in 4th and staying in it at the end of the run. THAT could be what's killing you.

Check around your EGR valve and see if any of those vacuum lines have came off behind the manifold. Also if you have stock shaft seals they are more than likely leaking very badly. The ACT shouldn't be the problem I make over 400/400 and it doesnt slip and I dont get lock out.

I'll be revving to 8k this year just to avoid that shift or the rev limiter across the line.
Stock cams, bottom end, and VIII turbo, I was shifting 1-2 and 2-3 at 6k, 3-4 at 6.5k, and then revving out 4th. I was in 4th before the 1/8th and trapped 114 in 12.007s. I'll be upping the 2-3 and 3-4 shifts to 6.5-7k this year with the new mods, should still be in 4th before the 1/8th.

I'm going to buy a boost leak tester instead of making one even though I got all the parts. It's cheaper and looks like its a good quality.

Think Prosport boost gauge shows 25-26 psi but I don't trust it at all. It's been acting up.
I could have gotten a better time but didn't see a need in abusing the car for no reason, because there simply isn't enough power for much better results.

I'm going to add some bolt-on parts and retune the car for 93/e85 and try again.
Deffenetly replacing the shaft seals. I did see a sensor without a vacuum line. I'll take a pic of it.
I'll report back on boost leak. Also believe there is a slight pre turbo exhaust leak.
