Changed plugs, still having issues
So I was having bad Sputter under throttle at 4-5k. Swapped plugs out, they were FOULED. Put in some new NGK BPR8es gapped at 25. Still having an issue. I'm worried it could be something serious. Mods are ahem tru boost/wide band and oil pressure gauges..buschur 3 inch exhaust no cat, Megan exhaust manifold, forge recirculation valve, k&n filter, ets intercooler and mini battery, gsc S2 cams. And a few others. Car has CEL for system rich. Any help?

How rich is your car running ? What are you afr's on your wideband ?It maybe possible that if your car is running to rich that could making it sputter and break up. I would get the rich issue ironed out first and then go from there.

Idk how cold it gets where you live, but 25 seems like too big of a gap, at least for the winter time. Try going to 21, I pulled my plugs last week and dropped one had same problem. Set all plugs to like 16. No more issues.
^ this.
0.020 - 0.022 with the gap. I've tried 0.025 and developed an occasional sputter and my car was recently tuned with new plugs and wires. Closed the gap and everything has been peachy so far. How old are your plug wires?

I had the same issue, I floored it on the highway in 4th gear and all of a sudden a bog/fuel cut at 4.5k. I had a tune done and it took care of the issue. Funny thing about it, if you upgrade any part after the tune it does it again
