Help Having Problem with startup

Been having this problem for over a good month or so after car was shipped from VA to CA. Only happens when the car sits for a good 4+ hrs and on cold start in the morning. Already had the COP rebuilt by Matt from SpoolinUp, replaced ETS Mini Barrery, and spark plugs. Fuel pumps and injectors are all in good working order and been on E85 for 6 months now. (sometimes) During high RPM WOT the car will throw a flashing CEL idk what it is but that got me curious
any idea? Im thinking its for the crank sensor? Cause sometime my CEL will come on for a code P0335 and the code will clear a few days later and i did a WOT pull with that CEL out of curiosity it started flashing on and off, sooooo please any input will help im stuck in a hole now thanks! (Attachted is a video for my startup in the morning)

Not factory but a common feature added to the ECU is flash on knock. Knock, if it going to occur, will occur during WOT.

Its a warning. Better that you didn't see it flash. Too much knock can damage the engine. As for the hard start, the code is probably telling you it is time for a sensor change. One of these days it may leave you stranded.

I'm no tuner but cars always knock. The ECU keeps a running tab of knock and if the number gets too big the computer has been programmed to flash the check engine light.

Various things you can do to reduce knock include: higher octane gas, less spark advance or less boost. You'll find threads on here where people are chasing the cause of knock.

Anyway, since your CEL flashes it has a tune of some sort. Maybe visit a tuner.

Yes the car is tuned on E85, but thanks for the help I'll probably take it to a tuner and have him check it for the CEL flashes. But still to figure that hard start out.

There isn't a local tuner here in Norfolk area.you could go to Moore automotive in Fairfax or force fed in NC, which you may know already. However, Chris Carbee will be at All Aspects Motorsports tomorrow for tuning if you know who he is. You should head there and see if he has a spot for time to look at your tune. Good luck!
