I did a full MIVEC sweep to see what was affecting what, timing, etc. Basically this entire thread can be put to rest now I feel.

A few things I did notice is the 2012 seems to like a little more timing than I have seen in the past, even if only 2-3* here and there. Exhaust cam timing has the biggest impact that I saw as well. I wont have the full results ready to post until next week but I wanted to give a quick update before I left for the weekend.
This is my car. I am still working with Aaron on my tune right now. This man is awesome with what he did with my car. The car pulls like a beast and asks for more even to red line. I am pretty impressed with how much gain was made with the simple mods I have. When the day ended and he said I was good to go, I was a happy man. The ride home was very worthwhile.

Dark,

Just wondering how much time he spent on yours?

45m-1hr with 5 or six pulls. He really was trying to troubleshoot the power issue so my tune would be up to snuff.

I've got plenty of stock sets of cams that I can donate to the cause if the guys at english want to take the time to swap them in.

I'm really interested in knowing if the 2012 is different especially in the stock AFRs.

I'm weighing my options for intake so if the 12s are much leaner or different then the others I may have to keep it conservative since I am not looking to tune the car for a while.

I think so long as you don't have a TBE you will be just fine. The stock tune is rich enough for it to lean out to a safe measurement without causing issues.

Yeah I've been hearing that left and right apparently I've been weighing in piecing together an AEM intake, an UICP, and a single exit exhaust for my X or pick up the Ultimate Racing beginner package deal which has all the stuff included. Darryl from UR was really helpful and was reassuring regarding the safety of running their intake even on 91oct without a tune but that was before I found out the 2012 are possibly tuned differently by the factory perhaps leaner then what UR may have been experimenting with

A set of 2008-2010 stock cams would be very much appreciated. I have a 2012 coming in that we'll be putting some S1s in so I have a few options but I want baselines to send with the 12 cams to GSC.

So update to what we are working with, the 2012 seemingly has some ECU control differences that I havent encountered before yesterday. It applies trims even with the LTFT fix done. We dyno'd a 6262 car that made 492whp at 27psi on a hot day so I am happy with that, but the AFRs swung a full 2.0 points on their own.

Made a pull, turned the boost up and I left the car running, made the next pull and it showed a 12.2. Continued to let it run, turned the boost up and the next pull went 10.0. Turned the car off let it cool down the same amount of time I had left it idling, made a pull and it was back to a 12.2.

Its not a MAF voltage thing, it appears to be related to the trims since I turned off all O2 feedback and then it was consistent. There was some torque management screwing with me though as it pulled timing without knock (2*) at one point just like the MR will do. I will get the dyno graphs up shortly.

Have you Dynoed other 2012's and not seen this, this being the first one to have this problem.

So 2011s won't work?

Have you tried resetting the fuel trims to zero and then doing this?

i can say my LTFT tend to swing ~3-5% upwards from morning commute to afternoon commute.
(temp: low 80s in the morning; 100+ in the afternoon).

i haven't seem a drastic difference in WOT AFRS but i tend not to floor it when it is 105* out.
