Not sure. I am checking ASA right now to verify years and part numbers. From what I recall I can flash a 2010 ROM on a 2011, I may have accidentally done it and had it work. I need to verify it though before I stand by it but I know I had one car that I thought I may had done that too and then left.

I cant find any differences in ASA for the crank sensor, cam sensors and camshafts are the same.

I did however test something concerning the ROM interchangability.

I confirmed I can do it the other way as well. I had a 2010 MR running a 2011 MR map yesterday. I will be seeing exactly how many ROMS move back and forth as soon as I get more cars to play with.

Is there a posibility that Made any 2011 and put that they were 2012 on the VIN cause i sware my car does not have a ECO light on the dash and the CMC is Plastic just like the 2011 Down cause the 2012 are spose to have a upgraded metal CMC

There are the 2 Things that i Read that were upgraded on the 2012 and i dont have them but my VIN says that its a 2012

See this is what gets me, this guy made some great power. I wonder if it has anything to do with cars made after a certain time period?

no. it's not that you cant mod them or make power but mod for mod, they are coming up 5-10% lower in power.

I thought the Eco light was on the MR only?

Also where is the CMC so I can check mine?

Clutch master cylinder is to the left (driver's side) of the brake master.

Not calling that one out, but I would like to see what it was uncorrected in 90* heat and humidity that I believe he mentions in the thread. I would think it was 340s and that is consistent with what I have seen on 2012s. I have a fully bolt on car, the 6262 dyno sheet in here actually, that only made 346 and that was at 27psi where it would normally have been high 350s.

I thought you had tuned a 2012 and the numbers were in the normal?

Thanks, John and everyone else for taking your time to figure this out.

So what would I have to buy to correct this issue or is it not that simple?

1 of 6 is not a good success rate.
