Take a picture of your cambus configuration, so i can compare. I also installed Viper4android, but that is another story. Download poweramp and configure it see if it works better.

Will have to do that in a bit. That being said, I dont think PowerAMP is going to resolve my current issue (subwoofer not working) although I run poweramp on my personal phone.

Well if the cambus is configured correctly with the sub configuration then is something else.

i did installed viper4android because i like bass and treble on my car with the RF system.
to do that you will have to root the system.
basically *#hct#root#, then i used kingo root.

then installed Viper4android Driver to the headunit and set it up with bass and treble enhancement.

in my case the sub was not working until the latest update with the new canbus configuration.

I am not sure. The head unit came with a "sub" yellow RCA female jack but the harness and canbus did not have a male sub jack.

Also, while I like bass, I prefer bass coming out of my subwoofer. As it is at the moment, if I mess with bass, to much is pushed through my speakers and makes my panels shake, which I am not a fan of.

No issues on mine. What I have noticed tho is that I'll have to reboot play store sometimes. That being said, these head units only support 2.4ghz.

What headunit did you get? What model year car and did it come with rockford fosgate (RF) sound system?

Also, my MCU version is like December 14 2016. I can share that link in a bit but since I received from SYGAV, Id only recommend upgrading if you have same brand.

EDIT: Update on my own issues. After reaching out to SYGAV and doing some simple troubleshooting and sending photos back and forth, they have told me that they've sent the wrong canbus therefore they are sending another asap. Will update on my own once I get the new canbus installed.

Where are you finding the download links for the firmware updates?

It was provided by SYGAV, the head unit company. Link is below:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxT...ew?usp=sharing

Although its dated for 1207, when installed, it actually has a newer date within the head unit.

To install, follow Ninjax's earlier post within the thread.

Thanks

This is perfect! Do they have a website or something where they provide updated links?

None that I am aware of however, they respond fairly fast and I am certain that if you reach out to them on their Amazon or eBay accounts, you will get a quick response. Well, quick in the sense that they are in China and time diff.
