The biggest change for me acually was that the stock EVO was running out of breath after ~5000 RPM, while stage 1 keeps pulling better until redline..

In short, it feels close to stock in my opinion, except at the high RPM range..

What boost numbers are you hitting on 3rd and 4th gears? On 4th and 5th, I'm hitting 27 PSI, and 26 PSI on 3rd.
kinda confuse reading your reply. you said didn't feel much different then said stronger all around, stronger before 3k and pulling better until redline... did you mean "much different" ?? ha I guess I'll find out in 2 days but really exciting reading these review from you guys.

I finally got mine 2 days ago. I'm pretty happy with AP, over all the product is pretty easy to use. But I'm not happy with the beta map, I don't think I gain anything and here is why:

My Evo X is 2011 MR. After flashing "Stage 1 91" map, I took it on a ride. On normal mode, nothing seems to be different and that is a GOOD thing because I do want some comfort on this mode. Sport and S-Sport mode are also no noticeable different. Well I do expect this.

I put the car on manual shift mode and start to beat it up. Very very little different from above 5k-> redline. Boost is peak at 22psi, because it's on the street it's hard to see how long it can stay at 22psi (you know what I mean)

I'm sorry to say but it is really not much different for me on the MR. maybe on GSR you guys can really tell. The only big different is my avg MPG totally sucks now. I'm very disappointed and will remove the map shortly. I hope the office map for MR will be out soon and will be better. However, I'm willing to test any stage 1 91 MR maps that COBB may have.

thanks

Isn't the boost target around 26-27 PSI? 22 PSI max boost sounds more like the stock map's target to me.. Why don't you check how much boost you can make on 4th, 5th, 6th gears on the highway?

got that map in and went on a test drive. I still didn't hit 27psi, it's still at 22psi max. What is the boost target for each gear anyway. The 22psi is on 5th gear. btw, what is the different between ACN map and the regular one?

if you have newer map, please post up. I'd like to try. currently I'm not happy with map. it doesn't feel like driving a 290whp car at all.

26-27psi +/- 3 psi is in 4th @ 3000
have you done a pull from 2000 in 4th?

No I didn't pull from 2000 in 4th. I'll try again when I have a chance. The data I exported to csv shows max boost is at 21.5. I'll keep the map and let you know how that goes in few days

btw, what is the different between Stage1 ACN91 vs Stage1 91 map?
