Were you running the ported parts on this dyno run? Just wondering what sort of gains, if any, the porting allowed.

I apologize as I must have missed it, but earlier in the development cycle you were saying that you weren't planning on a MAF pipe due to not wanting to deal with idle issues, etc. I thought there was also some implication that you'd rather tune the car properly with engine mgmt when it becomes available instead of leaning it out a little via the bigger maf pipe trick. What changed? Thanks.

lol, it's 23 pages in my configuration. It wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't so much off topic and posts with nothing to add. And before you say it, yes mine made it worse so I'm guilty Thank you though.

wow low 9's is rich!
what is optimal for 93-94gas?
we hit 12.6 afr's with good results here on 99-100gas (uk pump gas)
did you get to try the V box yet david?
it is a great tool.
you can have your own 1/4mile on any strip of road
you want and it will time you from that exact point
to 1/4 everytime so you will be on the exact 60ft
of tarmac at every run!

Yes, 9's are rich! I like to run the car in the mid 11's for AFR.

Yes, we have used the Vbox. Just had it on the bike we built, haha.

Just for another quick update.

Our EVO X is sitting in the old dyno bay at the shop. The fascia is off and so is the FMIC kit. The reason is we are building FMIC's like mad and we are test fitting each one before they ship. I think we've done enough now and the car will be going back to running condition this week. My 30 day tag expired, I have to go get tags already!

I'd like to get back on the 02 housing project this week and the offroad pipe testing again.

Tuning software is coming.......

Got the car to the dragstrip tonight. Untuned, STOCK ECU, no piggybacks, no fuel cut defencers no nothing. 12.70 at 111.4 mph tonight. Straight 93 octane.

It's a decent start. Tuning software is now available, expect the times to drop quickly now.

1.79 was the best 60'. Stock clutch is fairly smoked.
