He told you what you wanted to hear
If I wanted a manual I would have bought one. I was referring to an alternate auto to hold the power/tq. I come from the Ford world where there is companys like Lentech that makes performance automatics. My cobra for instance made 800hp to the wheels with 1000tq on the jug. The cobra came with a manual 6 speed and I paid $3500 for a manual shifted auto which would support 1500hp. Thats what i'm talking about!!!

Its kind of funny to see the question asked every few days if there are any updates for this yet.
Its not an intake or some other simple part to fab up and bolt on.
The amount of engineering and testing that would be required to do this are huge,
but they are most likely surpassed by the amount of money that such a endeavor would require.
That being said i really wouldn't expect to see anything for a year.
And I'm sure once some one has this available they will be telling us.
The constant "bumps" seem somewhat childish.

Lighten up Francis! People just want to know that someone is working on it. Not only is it good for the community but its good to keep this thread alive. Lots of people are adding power and this thread is a good way to know the limitations of the SST. If you don't have anything constructive to say then just read and go about your business. I for one check here all the time to see if there are any new updates or if someone found the breaking point. If there is anyone here working on this its a good idea to send out an update every now and then just to let people know you didn't forget about the issue. Everyone knows its going to take time but an update every now and then won't hurt!

Mine is running 400hp(fly) with 530NM since about 2 month with hard trackday use.....no problems apart from the usual overheating on track after a few laps....

0-200km/h in under 15 sec...pretty good for 1630kg´s

the MR set-up can 100% be upgraded , we have been talking to a few customers over the last few months on this subject and we're still waiting on one to step forward . I've seen the set-up first hand and I know I can do it as well as many others . We hope to get someone soon so we can get this taken care of .

I feel bad for frank because there is really nothing he can do but wait, and everyone is very eager for progress! its just like the DVD in-motion hack with Otaku!

A few members are already running Turbo upgrade and cams on their SST and still going, and so far we haven`t heard any problems with the tranny yet...

Im still holding my breathe for clutch packs upgrade, but at the same Im wondering if it is really neccessary.
