It works .. if you're throwing CEL .. its P1238 .. because the VE torque value now exceeds the calculated value .. and you need to actually reset the value higher ..

Bryan is correct in that you get compressor surge because the current turbo spools so fast after a tune its very bad .. especially at 2500+rpms at 23psi ..

If you're untuned without any mods that increases boost or VE .. then you're actually fine .. you won't run the surgeline so close

 

Those running HKS SSQV, how much more boost did you (gain) just by installing it compared to the stock BOV?
